Customer Service Representative
Job Description: Provide a smiling voice through all communication mediums while accurately entering incoming calls for service and mediating customer request.
Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, chats and messages distributing to appropriate staff.
- Enter all service calls placed VIA phone, email, chat or message.
- Provide status updates to customers
- Conduct quality assurance surveys
- Assist in providing the best in class service to our customers
Requirements:
- Excellent typing skills 30+ WPM
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace Apps
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps
- Ability to communicate via phone and email with customers
- Solid math skills
- Works well under pressure
- Organized and detail oriented
