BILLING ANALYST

Job Description: Record invoices and credits.  Monitor all aspects of the collection of outstanding debts owed to the company.

Duties

• Recording invoices into accounting system
• Collect payment for A/R Invoices
• Review A/R Invoices for accuracy and provide support to customer
• Prepare reports detailing forecasted collections
• Ensure rates and discounts are applied appropriately.
• Prepare receipts for deposit
• Various other book keeping tasks

Skills

• Proficient use of Windows 10 operating system
• Proficient use of Google Workspace Apps
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to thrive and keep a positive attitude in a high tempo environment.
• Solid math skills, comfortable with money.
• Spreadsheet proficiency
